Sunday School Classes for Preschoolers and Children

Sunday School classes for preschoolers and children are designed to provide a loving and secure environment for them as they begin to experience church and gain Biblical knowledge and understanding. Gifted volunteers who have expressed the desire to make a difference in the lives of their students staff the classes. Additionally, all teachers and workers carry out their tasks within the parameters of a Child Safety Policy that makes the safety and security of the students a top priority.

The classrooms are decorated, well maintained, and equipped with age appropriate resources. Below is a list of all of the preschool and children’s Bible study classes with general information about each one. Class Description

Preschool 1A

This class is for infants from birth to 1 year of age by September. Workers for this class are chosen for their nurturing ability.

Preschool 1B

This class is for toddlers beginning to explore the world around them. Workers for this class are chosen for their nurturing ability of the more active child.

Preschool 2

This class is for children who are 2 years old by September. The class features Bible stories, structured and unstructured playtime with emphasis on sharing and interaction with other children.

Preschool 3

This class is for children who are 3 years old by September. The class features Bible stories, structured and unstructured playtime with emphasis on sharing and interaction with other children.

Preschool 4

This class is for children who are 4 years old by September. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

Kindergarten

This class is for children who are 5 years old by September. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

Children 1

This class is for children who are in the first grade. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

Children 2

This class is for children who are in the second grade. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

Children 3

This class is for children who are in the third grade. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

Children 4

This class is for children who are in the fourth grade. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

Children 5

This class is for children who are in the fifth grade. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities.

“Sixers”

This class is for children who are in the sixth grade. The class features Bible stories and other structured learning activities. This class also conducts activities that allow a smooth transition from the Children’s Ministry to the Youth Ministry.
