Preschoolers and Children’s Ministry

Children of all ages are very important persons in the life of our family of faith.  We realize that as children grow, they are constantly learning, and often at a rapid pace.  We are also aware that the foundations of their Christian beliefs are established from birth through childhood.  This is the reason that we are committed to minister to the whole child and to his or her family, providing quality educational experiences in Sunday school, choirs, missions, Vacation Bible School, and other fellowship experiences and educational opportunities.

Fellowship experiences, such as summer activities, family events, and special activities allow children opportunities to have fun while developing a real sense of the church as family.

During the worship services, childcare is provided for infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children.  As they begin Kindergarten, children are formally introduced to corporate worship (the experience of participating with the church family in the worship of God).  It is a sacred trust to be able to introduce children to this opportunity and the church family has covenanted with parents to help nurture children in this faith experience.
