We commit to Worship, as the praise of God and the proclamation of the Word of God
Worship services are offered at 8:30 am and 11:00 am each Sunday. Our worship services include choir hymns, responsive readings, preaching, prayer, and other components that we hope are helpful for your individual worship.
Components of Worship
The Lord's Supper is traditionally observed on the first Sunday of each month.
Baptisms take place at various times throughout the year at the request of those making this proclamation of faith.
Baby dedications are celebrated at the request of families looking to commit their children and their family to God and to faithful service and commitment to the church.
Throughout the Christian calendar, there are special occasions that we observe as a community of faith. For example, we have a Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday services to provide families with the chance to reflect and worship on significant Christian holidays.
Encouraging Children to Worship
Children are welcome to stay in worship with parents. Modeling is an encouraged way for children to learn about worship in our congregation. You may want to quietly explain the parts of the service or encourage your child to pick up a children's bulletin from an usher.
